60 PESOS MEANS CHANGE

What can your P60 get you? A cheeseburger. A tube of toothpaste. Maybe even pre-paid mobile credits that will last a day or two.

With LHP, your P60 will go to help poor communities get vaccines, health education, clean water and the empowerment to make their lives better, healthier.

Here's how to get your P60 to mean change in the lives of countless Filipinos:

• Set aside P60 every week. That's less than P9.00 a day, and P240.00 a month (that's just $1.20 a week).
• Download this form, fill it up, and fax to 898-0354. Or you can email it to: info@leadersforhealth.org
• An LHP staffer will call you and confirm your pledge.
• You can choose several ways to remit your pledge.
• LHP will send you an email confirming your remittance and a digital (pdf) receipt.

SHARE YOUR SKILLS

Are you a good editor willing to help a community write their project proposals? Are you a photographer willing to visually document transformed lives? Do you have expertise in social marketing? Are you a case study writer?

Write to info@leadersforhealth.org and indicate SHARE SKILLS on the subject line. Together we can explore how you can share your skills with LHP communities.

ORGANIZE AN LHP COFFEE BREAK

LHP isn't just another health program. We envision it to be a way of life for communities nationwide. If you've become a believer in what LHP does, organize an LHP COFFEE BREAK in your office, in your neighborhood, in your school, and even in your rotary club.

Our staff will work with you to present the program and get others involved. Coffee is on us! Write us at info@leadersforhealth.org and indicate COFFE BREAK on the subject line.

LHP offers various ideas for corporate engagement at our sites. Ideas include:

• Company logo in all relevant publications/materials
